Please be careful with this purchase - it is not an exact OEM replacement.
I needed the mirror glass only and since this was not an exact OEM replacement (as you're led to believe), it was useless.
I ended up purchasing just the mirror glass from Toyota and did not have to go through the hastle of removing the entire mirror assemble and did not have to worry about repainting etc.
If anyone wants to purchase this from me, let me know. 443.838.9825.

I replaced the side view mirror on a 2008 Sienna with this mirror.
The whole process took 30 minutes, following the instruction linked in other reviews.
The instruction is very detailed and very accurate. A set of plastic trim removal tools also helped.
The mirror worked fine after installation. It is very good quality and looks no different from the original.

"Someone" wrecked the side mirror while backing out of the garage. Our local Toyota dealer wanted over $300 to replace it. I found this on Amazon for less than $50. It was delivered in 2 days and I was able to install it in about 30 minutes. You will need to remove the door panel, but you can find instructions online with photos to show you what to do.
